Thank you for your response that you had the same experience ordering the vitamins. I did call CS and was told since they were offering free S+H only one coupon per order.

Not to bring this up again but. I am not able to use my 20% coupon on full priced items because they are using the free S+H as your coupon an that is the only coupon one can use. So 20% off coupons are invalid.

I AGREE with you + I also spend a lot on AL vitamins. A coupon was in the box of my last shipment for 20% 0ff AL vitamins. I also find coupons in my account under spendable cash. As I said before I had to call CS to apply but could not use because $5 is applied as Free S=H

I understand that It is a full priced item but it comes up as $5 S&H and when I called customer service she said you could only use one coupon per item. So the 20% coupon they sent me is invalid Lately I had to call CS to use any of the coupons they sent me because I could never use them. Anyone else have these issues? I’m complying with all the rules on the fine print.

Totally Agree with everyone’s comments. As with everything else prices are outrages not just the vitamins.. I take alot of vitamins + believe In Andrews comments because of his research. Unfortunately I may have to research my own needs so I can eliminate what I don”t need because some of them I’m taking as a preventative measure.

I ordered 10-20 for the latter shipment and my squares aren’t melted but more than half are disclored and broken. When I would open package the chocolate would just crumble out. Some of squares were okay but most had to be tossed and putting in refrigerator altered. the taste. I understand the heat element so maybe the packaging could be changed . Thank you Andrew for the chocolates but no more orders until hopefully this issue is resolved.

I was also waiting for Essential one in February because I’m out and it’s usually TSV in February. Looking it up on HSN site , a sign came up March 15 TSV. So hopefully that”s accurate and it was nice they added it on to let you know. Much appreciated!

Always good to use the cash back sites for xtra cash back. Thx for the info on Andrew,s site . I’ve called Pro caps + they were very helpful. HSN is the best for offering monthly payments which helps. Too bad insurance companies can not validate vitamins as preventative treatment for certain ailments but then again where would their money come from if not high price Rx medication.

I agree with you. Every time I open the container it smells of strong vitamins. I thought twice if I should actually take them. I might call pro cap labs to see if this is normal.
