I totally agree with you! The changes at HSN forced me to search for other venues and , frankly, it was a benefit to me. I now do a lot of shopping on Amazon and have found it to be a very good experience. I do shop carefully and have found Amazon to be very creditable. I have had a few issues, such as a product leaking or an allergic reaction to a product and the vendors resolved my issues very politely and positively. Also, Kohl”s is now going to partner with Amazon to handle some returns. I say Win Win!
