I am not quite understanding the policy. If I put one thing in my cart and then remove it within the 24 HR period hsn can charge me $5.95 for shipping and then later refund it? That does not make any sense and I would question the legality of that policy.

It expired on February 28, 2023. It was not posted to expire after 7 days. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
