I envy you the rain. I love the rain, though I happen to live slightly inland from Long Beach and the rain–whether coming from the north or the south–always sweeps East before it reaches my house, so I hardly ever get what little rain falls around here. Oh well, trade-offs . . .

I find that beer is really helpful on these kind of days, though I don”t usually drink beer very much.
