same thing happened to me.. have you received your funds back yet? HORRIBLE

I too am waiting on my funds to be credited back to my bank account Since 12/17 TEN DAYS AGO. My pending transaction says to contact YOU! This is absolutely ridiculous! It’s christmas time! To take someone’s money and cancel order IMMEDIATELY after payment is the craziest thing i’ve heard! Why even take it? If the card is something you don’t except then how do you still take my money!!? $179 is a lot to loose at christmas time and not have back STILL!!! I need my money asap!! If y’all release it then please do so ASAP!!! THIS IS A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO THINGS TO PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!
STOP TAKING MONEY IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO EXCEPT THE ORDER BECAUSE OF CARD CHOOSE!!!
