I think they would have the courtesy to respond and post what is going on. You can’t tell me they are so “busy” that they could not give us a quick answer as to whether or not the rewards are done which is not what they posted originally.

still getting points on one game daily word search…..haha hsn……I keep playing it over and over without having to actually search for word since first time I played this am….I want the points since we will be able to spend them til the end of the year in the rewards store right>

Sorry folks, but I for one will not miss Shannon Smith. She was absolutely like chalk on a black board to me. I guess I couldn’t stand it when she bought almost everything she talked about and sometimes multiples of them. It got so I would never watch her just scrolled through the show online to see what was being sold. She will land somewhere, she needs to pay off a lot of items she bought!

I do see that my points are no longer at the top of the games page, and i thought i wasn’t getting points. Went to rewards store and checked points then played a game and checked back, found out i was awarded the points……

whoa…..back the boat up! I too was on a rant about my prize, which I never received a notification of, and in spite of emailing and calling regarding it. never had it acknowledged nor any emails answered. Then, months later the prize arrived!!! So, maybe it is hit or miss about them, but it is possible that you may get the prize.

I just noticed this post and had to laugh out loud at your comment about her and leftovers.
she was something else in that department, and not in a good way. Glad I wasn’t only one who noticed!

i am on a laptop and i know different devices won’t work this way, but i swear i have made it work all day long by clicking to rewards then back to games……sometimes i have to go to another tab out of hsn and then back…..sometimes i can play game after game and then kapow it goes away ……i guess most of you are playing on your phones…….good luck

i am still playing the games, I click on rewards then over to games…….it let’s me play two games without trying to load a commercial……if i go back and forth i can play the games…..funny some of the commercials play and some don’t…….this whole thing is a pain in the patootie HSN!!!!

I am sorry, but someone else must have addressed this, why do you keep going to hsn arcade and community if it is as “awful” as you say? why waste your time posting this stuff all the time…. perhaps instead of spending time on this site that your obviously can’t stand, you should consider doing some charity work, volunteering or even reading some uplifting books…..try alex trebex’ s new one ….i really do not mean to be mean, i just do not understand you.

hi pookie123……..thanks for keeping me “posted” pun intended ….i play the game every day and have ever since they started the game and still have not won……i know how to peek and make choices when there are two of the same cards that can play….but when i get close to winning (which is very seldom) the time runs out……oh well that and word wipe i cannot win either of those games…love playing them though….
