The same thing happens to me. I reported it last week and they told me to take a screen shot of it and submit it on the player support. I thought it was fixed by now, so I played it again today and the same thing happened. I had 30 Mega Matches and got 0 points. I sent in the screen shot and just waiting to hear something. If I were you I would also take a screen shot and report it. Hopefully it will get fixed if enough reports are submitted.

Hello HSN_Jordan, thank you for your response. I called on Wed., 1/15/2020 to let them know that it was sent to the old address but they said that they would update my address on auto ship. I will call them to make sure that it was changed and to find out what happens now.
