Now that I hope I have driven off a Pre-Diabetes/Diabetic diagnosis, just say’n that it is #DiabetesAwarenessMonth and November 14th is National Diabetes Day.

As I read and made dietary changes over the past 9-10 weeks, I learned a LOT. The numbers of Pre-Diabetic people in America is in the 10’s of millions and almost all don’t know it’s going on.

The American Diabetes Association has a self test for risk on their website. I was 6 out of 10!

I took my escalating fasting blood sugars seriously!

Got a second A1C back this week: 5.6 Technically makes me a normal person! Now to put back on some of the approximately 20 pounds I lost when I cut carbs, without bringing the blood sugar back up. Have a doctor appointment on the 21st so will see what he says

I don’t think I could ever take one of those rock hard pills again, after using his capsules.

Sorry everybody… I ate it all!
