@OODIBOM I was very impressed with customer service for both and rather surprised that they would replace the items…it must be happening a lot.

I do have 2 pressure cookers already, a 2 and 4 quart but have really wanted a bigger one for the soups (you do need to leave some space when cooking) and love the idea of a stainless steel container. I already got some accessories off of Amazon…the glass lid, silicone lid for the pot and some totally cool “lobster claws” silicone hot pad/grabbers that work great!

I have 1 employee and he asked today if he could have Christmas gifts for his family delivered to the shop instead of their apartment…I said of course, since he is there everyday.

@sheba2011 I am in such a rut of making red wine spritzers. I did pick up some lime sparkling water last weekend, so will eventually try that with vodka or tequila.

@oodiebom They are actually fast to put together as I usually have all that stuff in the frig.

Speaking of food…yesterday was the first Thanksgiving that I can ever recall not having family OR going to someone’s house. So, I cooked.

I saw a recipe in a book for turkey in the slow cooker. A bone in breast and drum sticks actually turned out great…did 8 hours on low. I was really surprised.

Grapefruit and Rose? Really!
