@xango Speaking of beautiful…mountains all around LA are covered in snow. Spectacular! In the winter the skies are so clear (on clear days) as the smog is gone. Many of us laugh in my area if we can spot the Hollywood sign! Then you know it’s really clear.

I have dug out every old sweater, sweatshirts, long sleeved t’s, scarves, etc. I even got out a comforter that has not seen the light in over 20 years…sheesh..

This duraflame is actually my second. Trying to not turn on the furnace for as long as possible. Eventually I will need to warm up the whole house.

@oodiebom Hello! I didn’t think about checking out Costco. I did look on Amazon but they were more expensive. This particular set has the plaid/checked pillowcases; ordered a blanket that matches…for a different look. Dinner was more turkey and assorted leftover stuff.

@sheba2011 I’ve been here since 1986 and I swear over the last 3 or 4 years it’s gotten colder and colder…I suppose it could be me.

@sheba2011 Thank you very much… Merry Christmas to you. Working my real job on Monday and then off Tuesday and Wednesday. I did get a nice invitation to drop by a neighbor’s house Christmas afternoon…that would help to break up the day…and thank goodness for basketball all day.
