Same here. I double checked rules and no violation. When a company has this many problems for the consumer it probably isn’t a bug it’s a feature!

I agree it would be a nice change and reflect customer wishes to bring SSC back to HSN. I too have been a customer for 20+ years. I have bought from her site and am signed up for the FB special notices for both of her outlets. I do not buy her stuff from Amazon since it is still too expensive there. I miss the visits to HSN and definitely watch much less and buy much less, without her here.

Oops i see i ordered a second one within the 30 day window, that order ended in 316 so i would need the amount doubled!

I do not have two accounts.

As noted I was signed in, I was in my account looking at Order Status and clicked on the product link. Due to that I know I was signed in and I know it was the item I ordered!
