If your advertisement for cheap ad remover after every game is an example of the “great, new” format, then HSN is still on the wrong track. Why build up a comfortable, busy, buy & play games atmosphere for so many years and destroy that relationship in 4 months? This is bound to backfire… As business people, QVC and/or HSN is totally failing its past reputation w/customers, starting to destroy a warm new relationship & making many of us angry & disgusted w/the amount of greed exhibited. We understand that everyone is in business to make money, but there is a limit to how much customers will consider acceptable. All the Ads are annoying, it’s pretty obvious that HSN is making money in both directions as well as running the live presentations which are not annoying. Please reconsider the unkind, disreputable & anger inspiring steps HSN is taking which will eventually destroy the Customer/Seller relationship we once enjoyed. Longtime customer member, Patsy007

Who is HSN kidding? We’ve been doing this for years… I play & buy at the same times. We had to fight 2 keep Friday nights in the 1st place. We endure unending commercials or pay to remove them & I’m sure companies pay HSN (QVC) plenty for the privilege of running their ads. Too bad 4 HSN, I and lots of others will be doing Christmas & all other shopping somewhere else. Greedy is as greedy does. Patsy007

A terrible way to treat people. I always had great respect for the HSN policies, purchasing and deliveries, plus the ARCADE gave us a good place to pass the time, while keeping up with what is on sale. HSN has destroyed everyone’s confidence. HSN has always been our favorite shopping channel. Only made occasional purchases @ QVC and Shop HQ. Unbelieveable that the station would willingly destroy all that great customer service and approval by customers. Very, very disgusting, Patsy007
