HI FAIRIE, you can remove the blocker by going into your virus software and changing the VPN to no. When done, you can return to add the VPN. I no longer play games in the Arcade and now use other avenues. I do check the programs for the next day and if there is anything I like, I immediately put it into favorites. Of course, you do need to sign in to see the Alerts. Today, there are many viruses lurking on the web in almost every venue., Whatever your computer and virus software are doing to keep you safe is a good thing.
