I was actually trying to have a bit of humor. Guess it didn’t work out too well. Unfortunately, there is some discomfort after the procedure whether you have a deep cavity or a tooth that has cracked. You do feel pain for about five days and then it becomes more bearable. The pain itself will leave after the crown is attached. Reason is that you have something with medication and it is a lightweight in comparison to an actual tooth. The dentist will probably take an exray prior to the crown to make sure there is no infection. Usually, everything is status quo at that point and he then proceeds. Your next appointment will probably be either tomorrow or sometime next week. By the way, thank you so much for West Side Story. And, yes, I enjoy reading as well.

oodie’s orders, take an Excedrin and call me in the morning You should start feeling better in a few days. Take it easy and don’t chew on that side. Once the crown is in the tooth will be just like your others.

I do have an instant pot. However, it’s in Florida. Will have to wait until we return for the winter months.

Hi FBN and Ms velveteen. Had a feeling you were out in your boat on the lake and keeping cool. It’s still muggy where we are, but the temp has come down a tad.

I’m taking the easy way out. I have a 32oz container of chicken broth with 40mg of salt. To that I add the rice noodles and the wontons that I purchased at Trader Joe’s. How easy is that??? 🙂

I’m hearing crazy stories about the beaches on the West coast. During the winter and spring we were not able to go anywnere near the beach because of red tide. Now, if you have a rash, cut or bruises you cannot go on the sand because of bacteria that will attack that area. Funny, you do not hear this on the East coast.

My grandparents had one of those. There was always one who chatted for hours and no one could make a call until they signed off.
