I actually have been writing things down on a small slip of lined paper. The info you need is under details on each Jay King’s piece. I fold the paper over so it fits in the bag it comes in. I know this takes an extra few minutes, but does help until Jay figures on how to idescribe each piece. The paper I use is a small notebook that you can purchase at your local dollar store. It comes either 4 or 5 in a package.

Hope to be heading South the week of the 18th. It is very cold here and I heard that Florida will get some of the Arctic blast as well, though your temps will be in the 50s. For you, it will be similar to our 30s. Hope the farmers will be OK with their fruit and veggies.
