At first I thought it was the Yen or Rupee. But the pound has been around for ages. I decided to try that one first and if incorrect would go with Yen. I was totally surprised as well.

Usually, when it’s lengthy like that they tend to call you back while they take care of it from their end with a supervisor. I can well understand your frustration and their’s as well and why it took so long.
