jcm, just be sure to have your inhaler near by and that you take your allergy pills daily. You may also want to boost your immune system with vitamins. Most of us have been purchasing Andrew Lessman’s vitamins for years and they do help. I am just as frightened as you are and there is a possibility that I did have the virus last month. Hubby also was affected. We thought it was our allergy kicking in, but the chills and night sweats didn’t jibe with an allergy. Try to be careful. Remember, you are not alone in this. We are together through thick and thin.

xango, definitely try Walmart. Neighbors were there recently and said they had tons.

That’s good to know. I will try again tomorrow. It’s probably too late, but will give it a try anyway. Sorry to say, that company leaves a lot to be desired.

I like getting out and picking my own fruit, veggies, meat, etc.. Though I like deliveries, I don’t like cleaning the boxes before I pick them up. Also need to run the vehicle now and then so the battery doesn’t die out from the heat. I also have allergies. Seems worse in Florida than in the Northeast. Besides, it gets me out of the house and makes me exercise.

Lowes and Home Depot are opened in our area. Most retail stores are dark. Grocery stores and markets are opened as are the Warehouses such as Costco, Sam’s and BJ’s. Restaurants for the most part are closed. They found that people were not asking for take out and rather than keep staff on, closed until further notice.

Hi Sanibel. We took a ride to Costco. They are only letting a few in at a time so that we can be 6 feet apart. I was able to get everything we need except for the Chlorox. Tomorrow we will visit the Farmer’s Market to pick up our veggies and fruit. This is our favorite market in Florida; called Detwiler’s. That’s all the marketing we will do for the next two or three weeks.

Velve, if it’s any consolation, I was trying to get hold of billing for the last week in hopes to defray from having phones and cable turned on in the North. So far I’ve had no luck. Been there and still doing that. Most of their staff are working from home.
