Though you never asked for my help, I gave it anyway. The post I did below also went to the customer service thread. There has been no response from them either. I did receive something from dynac and evidently they probably never looked at what I said thinking that there was an answer. Guess it goes to show you that they do not read everything that goes to their site. It’s very disappointing to see that “I do not care attitude” that is going on here. HSN under Barry Diller used to reach out. They answered whether it was good, bad or indifferent. It was good PR. Guess the people they hired could care less what their customer thinks, after all they only work here. Very sad indeed. Wonder if Trivia will go away as well?????

Dynac, flash does not end until December, 2020. Until then. Adobe would continue to implement virus protection along with Microsoft’s firewall and whatever you use for this purpose as well. The main concern here is that there has been no reply from either the Arcade team or customer service within this thread. There are other alternatives in keeping the games rather than losing them. This has yet to be addressed. It would have been good customer service to answer the thread started by FBN where over 50 customers voted their concerns. When the Arcade team notified us of changes coming and asked for feedback, there was no acknowledgement. Again poor, extremely poor public relations, which in my book shows a do not care attitude.

Thanks for the update Sanibel. I need to drive through Tampa heading North. Hubby gave me a bombshell last night after Trivia. He wants to hit the road within two weeks. Scared to death I am. But, it needs to be done. We definitely need to check on two houses and being away does not help. Still in the talking stage. We shall see.
