Thank you for the answer Sanibel. Guess that was the last question for tonight and also for the month of May. Hope everyone enjoys the Memorial weekend. Drive carefully. Remember to stay approximately two car lengths behind the vehicle in front of you. This is because I care and hope you all have a safe and wonderful weekend. Until next month, stay well and enjoy the rest of the week. See you next Friday. Same place, same time (for most of you)d. Good night FBN where ever you may be. Thank you for your service and to everyone on this thread including those in Community. Good night and may you all have pleasant dreams.

Hi xango. Did you get the rain this afternoon? Thought of you as we had a brief shower. Guess that’s all the rain we will see for awhile. Oh well. I better be careful what I wish for.

Hey Sanibel. Hope you are enjoying the game tonight. I made it in time for the 9″30 pm question. Just finished putting the groceries away. This is the time I wish I had an extra pair of hands.

Good evening pbjelly and sweeney. Thank you for the nice sentiments. Aw shucks, you brought tears to my eyes.
Well, I did make it to the Farmer’s Market, but first I stood in line for over 45 minutes at Sam’s Club for gas. To think I almost decided on Costco and as it turned out $3.15 wasn’t too bad considering it’s the beginning of the Memorial weekend. Yes, I purchased two Italian grinders for hubby and his roommate along with strawberries, grapes, the first of the season peaches, Dragon fruit (1.99/lb. They used to do a whole one for that iprice), cutup watermelon and honeydew, chicken salad for me, homemade pumpernickel bread and then some.
Hubby wasn’t hungry for the grinder, so it’s now home in the frig. He ke;pt thinking that the rehab had a basement and a second floor. That was news to me as I assumed everything was on the first floor. I took him for a ride in his wheelchair to the lanai. There were two birds visiting. A hen and a rooster. I surmise the little ones flew away. Gee they grow so fast. Both birds were looking for a handout. I will check tomorrow to see what I can bring.
