Bailey, the store they are talking about is called the Rewards Store which can be found within the Arcade. Just look for the headings at the top of the page. There is also an explanation of what will be happening starting now. At the moment you cannot use your points to purchase an item from HSN. Those points are used within the Rewards Store towards winning an item or items you may like. There are two lines of prizes and if you click on the one you want, it will tell you how many points you need to give it your all. I hope this explanation helps.

Oh yes, points will disappear altogether the end of this year. Really sad since most of us have been in the Arcade for years.

You know beccalee, one does not realize how many tune in to the games until you read some of the responses. I am now positive that for every response there has to be thousands behind us, but only too scared to voice an opinion. I would think that the more they hear from their customers the more they may change their way of thinking. Change is never easy, but the games they decided are no longer good, may have a popular base. I enjoy the Arcade for relaxation purposes and to keep my brain going. It’s fun and at the same time being able to shop. I do think they will keep the shopping part. Somehow we will keep the Trivia game going. If you have the time, I would love your input. Friday we will start the planning stage and then go on from that point. If they can’t do it, then we will.
