I have been having the same problem for a couple of months. I receive order emails but nothing else. I have called 800-933-2887 several times and they do the same things that I have tried but nothing has worked. I called again today 5/8/23 and the representative that I spoke to said he would send a message to management to try and resolve the issue. I stumbled upon this post so I figured it couldn’t hurt to give it a try also. Thanks.

No, no notification at all. I originally started auto ship in 2024. I don’t believe they are even offering auto ship on the 2pk anymore. My first auto ship in 2025 I only received a 1 pk. Called HSN and was told that an error had been made and my account showed it should have been a 2pk. I was sent the second jar free of charge. Before the 2nd auto ship in Nov. 2025, I called HSN to double check my account and verify that it was for a 2pk. Representative verified it was and said she would put a notice on my account to ship a 2pk, not a 1pk. I again received a 1pk. Called again and after talking to a supervisor, he said the original order was for a 2pk and would be a 1pk thereafter. Also said it was a special promotion. Nowhere on the presentation or on the auto ship did it state that. I have called HSN three times on this AS and no one else ever mentioned that or I would have cancelled after the first shipment. Also, on my auto ship account that I have access to online, it still states it is for a 2pk. This was the first time I have used auto ship and will be my last.

Thank you for the information. I have been trying to get an answer from HSN for months. Go online now, apparently it is available for 39.99. I had a couple of discounts but I am very disappointed in Signature Club A as well as HSN. If it is discontinued, this will be the end of it for me and HSN. I love the cream too but have been trying other products as a backup. Please check into Merlot midnight radiance night cream and Merlot moisturizer as an alternative. They work very well for me and less expensive as well. I do not like the way that Signature Club A nor HSN has handled this discontinuation of the 5 essentials cream at all. Do you know if there will be another product to replace it?

I am down to the bottom of my last jar. Can’t get any information from HSN as to the status. I noticed they are not even showing it as “out of stock” anymore as well as the eye cream. I’ve been experimenting with other products not sold on HSN but don’t really like them as well as 5 essentials cream which I have used for many many years. One product is Merlot moonlight radiance night cream for about 1/2 the price. I like it pretty well; you might want to give it a try. I buy it from Merlot’s website.

Yes, she has a show today but once again no 5 essentials cream for face and eyes. Personally not interested in any of her other products.

Thanks Patty, I would like to know if you are able to get any information. I tried several times to get an idea of when it would be in stock again and I was just told that they didn’t know. It just seems to me that since it a very popular product that Adrienne or one of the hosts would mention the absence and at least give their customers a clue as to what is happening. At this point, I only have about 1/4 jar left. I have been trying other products, not from HSN, and some are working very well for me. I might be a former customer of HSN and Signature Club A. Hope you have better luck than I did getting any information.

Yes it is but I prefer not to order from Amazon. I just wish that I could get a straight answer from HSN. I will probably just try to find a replacement cream that works for me and forget about Signature Club A and HSN.

Yes, I know but 5 essentials cream for face and eyes, the only thing I order, has been out of stock for quite a while. Once again, it is not being offered on today’s program. I have been unable to get an answer from HSN as to when it might be available, if it is being discontinued or exactly what the status is. I have contacted HSN several times over the last 3 months approximately and still no information. Very frustrating!

I am still not receiving any emails. Just chatted with Aimee and she suggested calling 800-284-3900 and asking to speak to a supervisor. After I talked to Evan on 5/8/23, at 800- 933-2887, the problem was supposed to be elevated to management and technical support. Aimee said she saw the note on my account but did not know the status. Yes, it is ridiculous the number of times I have had to contact them for 2 months without having the problem resolved.

Sorry Angela, but your advice does not work. Apparently the problem is more than the reps are capable of fixing. Someone needs to be checking into the problem more thoroughly.
