Not one single reply from anyone in charge of the Arcade, same from customer care, aside from an initial reply asking for details, then nothing. HSN doesn’t care, so I won’t be shopping with HSN anymore. And I will be writing a letter to HSN’s corporate affairs naming the HSN reps that didn’t help. It’s sad that’s it’s come to this. Even if the answer was no, with an explanation why, I could take that, but to just be flat out ignored is inexcusable.
Would you shop at a store if you asked for help and the employees all turned their backs on you?
It’s not right. There are too many places to shop, and I spend a LOT of money. So do my friends and family, all of which are also leaving.
I feel I am worthy of a response. After over 30 years, my money is going elsewhere, and I am very sad.
