I have reached out to USAA numerous of times. They even said to ask HSN for the “authorization code for the cancellation so they can look it up. USAA never disappoints me and when I receive refunds and cancellations from other merchants it is immediately reimbursed. So back to HSN…. the problem.. Ms Krissy if you can’t be helpful move on and get me a manager who can resolve this. You reply back with no help. DAY 6 with the hold and this is absurd.

hello you also responded to my post with a copy and paste script. This is ridiculous and the multiple posting is so I can reach as many people. so many bad apples in the bunch I want to make sure it is released. I have 2 orders that was placed with 2 different banks both of which Is waiting for the cancellation release.
