on the last page of your instruction booklet, there should be a phone number and website. you can go to either of these. they will be able to help you.

talk to customer service to file a complaint. she should be able to trace where the order was placed or at least where it was shipped from. get ahold of your bank/credit card company to let them know. you should be issued a new card with a new number and they will take action against who did this. they can trace it the best.

I bought some foundation, it burned my skin. it was past the 30 days. customer service was wonderful. Tehy told me to throw it away and gave me a full refund.

Sadly she was one who was let go when they trimmed the staff. sigh, i miss her too

the $250 was from the daily game. if you reached a certain score, you were entered. the other things were from using tickets to enter for items in the weekly contests. sadly they don’t have it now.

Actually I have won the $250 gift certificate and some smaller prizes.
