I seem to remember this was the last email address I used to contact HSN: hsnsocialcare@hsn.com.
They don’t make it eassy to find their email. Hopefully this is the correct email address for customer service.

Yes, I do remember the brand City Hearts. I bought a few tops, and they were good quality and cute casual styles.

Thank you for posting this. For some reason, I no longer get HSN emails (except order confirmations). I had read on the forums that the return policy was changing, good to see the entire policy change – thanks again for posting this!

Krissy, I tried on item 713-426 and then on 678-560. I just had one item (at a time)in my cart when I tried the coupon code. Thank you for looking into this.

I agree, I find reviews very helpful when I am going to purchase an item I am not familiar with. The reviews have saved me a few times when decided on what size to buy!

The last time I emailed HSN for a price match I clicked on FAQs (under contact us), after that page popped up I scrolled to the bottom of the FAQ section and clicked contact us. A ‘submit your question’ page comes up – this is where I emailed about my price match.
