There should be a clear statement by on air hosts that you cannot cancel an order. I placed an order after 10pm Eastern time. Called at 2 am to try to cancel but they were closed. Saw some website that claimed you could cancel online but that is not true. I called at 8am EST to request cancelation and again was told there would be an effort made by putting in the request, but no guarantee it would be canceled. The item was the Lazy Boy recliner. It was purchased on flex pay so they immediately put $292 on my credit card. She said she would only ” try ” to cancel because the item delivery date was April 3 or 15 days away. I will never accept that I cannot cancel an order placed at 10pm on Sunday night, that does not allow online cancelation 4 hours later and then also told this policy stands at 8am the next morning when I spoke with a human being. This company lacks integrity and I think people need to be clearly forewarned with both oral statements by online hosts and clearly written declaration on the website.
