I purchased an opal ring from Colleen Lopez two months ago. One of the main stones fell out. I can’t wear it and am still paying for it. What to do wiling this poor quality? The opals are beautiful and I was happy with the ring. I only wore it three times. There was a tanzanite and sleeping beauty also in this style. I am very disappointed. It was not cheap either.

I printed out the labels on the website for my returns. It was taking over a month for some of these and I called to check the tracking numbers. The customer rep told me there was no record of the labels being printed. She said they know when the y are being printed and used. Now what? Sometimes only one return will show up, when I mailed all the packages at the same time. I have heard different stories from the reps on why they no longer send return labels.

Does it say it kills the Corona virus? 70% alcohol and other substances on the CDC website are listed as effective. I wouldn’t assume it does unless they make that statement.

I bought the TS pink bag. It is a nice bag. But it REEKS! . It smells so bad, not like leather. I put it in another room to see if the small stops. I couldn’t. Wear it out like it is. It is pretty. No logo on bag.will have to return if smell does not stop.

I already tried to find out, they couldn’t find it in the inventory. Maybe it is coming up in one of her shows. I want it too!

I agree, a young 60 ish here too. Fashion too matronly. I went back to H&M, Exprerss, Venus catalogs. Colleen and and others have some pieces I really like. But I spend the majority of fashion dollars elsewhere. The new fashions don’t make it.

I am getting a little concerned that there will be no July schedule. My fear is that QVC might wrap up HSN. Admin assure me I’m not wrong. I have a bad feeling about this.

Apple I Phone 12 , also it didn’t work on my Apple I pad. If I use the website on an hp windows it works. It just started that last week. Also the videos on the shows presented are not moving

You can order them on QVC , which ships from Pennsylvania. I have ordered them there. I think it’s Florida that has the law not to send to NY. Try QVC.

I bought three of the Today’s special jeans. I always wear a size 12. That is my normal size.
The black pair, I could button. The navy pair was more like a size 8, way too small and the Phoenix embroidered pair too small, but not as bad as the navy. They were all marked size 12. The black pair had hand fulls of fabric behind the knees, the others did not. I couldn’t wear them, back they went. Beautiful jeans, but sizing way off. I still have her original jeggings. Of all her jeans they still fit me the best, but are getting too worn out.
