@4kitties, the only thing I can think of is the person sending is using a format your phone doesn’t recognize. Maybe have them send it in a different format (jpeg, etc.).

The reference was made to coronavirus in general, not COVID-19. Colds are caused by a coronavius.

@skittles135, COVID-19 is one of many coronaviruses and is a new one.

@shopper1941, I find it doesn’t happen as often if you don’t play in theater mode.
