In defense of HSN, I have been a customer for 30 years and I learned back then that it is an easy Cancel as long as done by midnight,. If an order is placed at 11:50 then you only have a 10 minute time period to cancel, these are the rules , I would not expect them to change. I find it very fair as long as my order is placed earlier.

it was Selleca Solution Skincare by actress Connie Selleca, and it was sold on QVC, not HSN. It was in late 90’s , early 2000’s.
