I have been trying to make payments they still have not sent out the new cards finally someone at scrony bank gave me cc number trying to register was another nightmare finally got someone to help very very frustrating spent a lot of time and multiple calls to get this straight this has been way to challenging BP up must take a nap I think i will pay this off and never use again stressed to the max

I can’t get in to make payments

having same issues called costumer service transferred me to card services tried what they said still not working I guess they do not want me to make any payments I’m done with all of them I will miss David/qvc I’ve spent too much time on this can’t handle this difficulties my daughters husband died I’m in another state trying to help her and my grandbabies this is too much I can’t afford any late fees over my head trying to fix this mess on disability limited income they will just trash my credit oh well the life of this old lady no more shopping

Well I signup new still can’t access my account to make payment I’m guessing they don’t want it or they would have better access this is ridiculous I’m so disappointed I forgot QVC was part of HSN now I will do my shopping with Amazon and walmart online I will miss David

I’m having same problem I have had to call this customer service multiple times and that well my guess is they don’t want to get paid I’m done so messed up i’ll just use Amazon and QVC for things bye ya’ll why did ya’ll do this to us we have had no real issues with the other company now your get a 2 rate company higher interest done
