How do you legally verify, if one is on the winners circle? I have been contacted via email about the confusion but no reply since.

I too won In late March 2022 and never received an email so called several times and the customer service said they would call who ever is supposed to send me an email so I can be verified. Still waiting. Called again, got same answer. Still waiting, No verification emails yet. No prize sent, but they need an address don’t they? Is that not why they email you to get one? so I called and gave them my address and made sure they still had my correct email. They do. No email sent yet!
