So HSN charged me for an item, the charge went through no problem, HSN shipped me the item and now UPS is saying HSN stopped the shipment and is having it returned to them. However the charge remains on my credit card. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Whoever made the decision to recall the package made a really bad business decision for HSN. Not only did you create frustration for a customer, it is going to cost you more in return fees (if UPS charges those), employee time to process the return, and now a credit card chargeback fee. Was it really worth it? It seems some manager at HSN made this decision. They need better training.

Well that’s interesting since my credit card company says it’s properly verified and HSN has my money.
