I miss the Florida models and it’s definitely an adjustment getting used to new models. What’s missing for me as a long time customer is the ability to gauge the correct size for me based on models I’ve been watching for many years. Also some of the models would wear mics and give their opinion while modeling which I thought was very refreshing. Not that I expected them to say anything negative. QVC does this with their popular models as well.

I have purchased many necklaces over 20+ years. Jay please make your layered and single strand necklaces adjust down to 15 or 16 for petite women. The standard 18″ doesn’t work for me as I’m full busted and I need them higher on the neck. I’m sure I’m not alone with this.
