I saw the new bags. The leather is barrel drum rolled or something like that. I know the process is better for the quality of the leather. I ordered luggage and dome handbags from her in the past. Never had an issue. The luggage she designed with Iman lasted me many years. In fact I still have the black dome bag pictured in my profile. I still use it. I also have her hangers. Never had an issue. Not really sure what is going on with the post. Glad to see her back. I liked her products. I am sure I will order a handbag or 2 from her again. The cross body sold out, so I missed that opportunity. Her luggage was much lighter than that other lady who has the travel show. I have her luggage because joy was no longer on HSN when I needed big pieces. Oh well it worked out for Joy because nobody was ordering luggage for the last couple of years and so I would say she was fortunate.

Well still trying to fix whatever is wrong. Here is the weird thing all of the products on Auto Ship are being charged and shipped out I just had the Gionna’s chocolates delivered and the David’s cookies. I just don’t understand ? Obviously the card works. The chocolate was delivered on Nov 17th. Davids cookies on Nov 10th. But if I try to order on line, NOPE it still won’t go through.

I called customer service they can not figure out why its not working and I can tell you y credit card is working everywhere else. Even Macy’s on line. I spent 55 dollars ordering from a bother online company Saturday and had once again no issue. I have about 90 dollars of auto ship products with perlier and an additional list of items that are around 200 dollars that were set to be delivered for Christmas. They were ordered in July. with Davids Cookies Cheryl s cookies etc. I called up customer service and tried to order something and they could not get the card to work with phone in. So I don’t know what to do. I guess i have to order my cookies from Davids and Cheryls directly and the same with Perlier. They have a deal for free shipping for the amounts I am ordering anyways. Should I go in and cancel all of these autoships and just discontinue my account as in delete it ? I already took your app off my phone.

I don’t really know how to describe the sent ? I think it is sweet or floral ? But not exactly sugary? Maybe its fruity ? This is the one in the pink bottle. Maybe someone else who made the purchase can describe it better than me. LOL

Samantha is going to be on today. I bought her luggage and had 2 trips planned but both we had to cancel. I have been using the packing cubes to store different items in my closet and started using the carry on in my office, because it is very pretty, to store my photographs. I have it sitting next to my desk to remind me of what once was. The quality of the luggage is outstanding and i hope she markets some purses or organizers. I hope people will buy the packing cubes today. AT least you can store towels and different items and they fit super nicely in your closet. Good Luck Sammy.

my jewelry came in a dirty grey box that looked like someone dug it out of the garbage. I have never seen anything like this. Like how can you trust some of the people they are bringing on when anything they change like the jewelry boxes looks like garbage. The entire top of the box has a black dirty residue on it. When you sent something as a gift you knew that box was topnotch for the jewelry. People buy online when they can trust the product and they only take chances with online stores that have actual physical places you can take the stuff back. Now I am sitting here looking at this box and wondering can I trust them for Christmas gifts if the box for my necklace looks like this. I just ordered jewelry, the venders need to tell HSN no go on these boxes. The box is also deformed and very difficult to open and its not smashed or anything.

What does the neck cream do ? How long does it last ? And their are so many different creams under Prai, Which one ?

Snow collector, Heidi’s Jewelry. Does it have real stones ? What are they made of ? Crystals or rhinestones? Just curious also the metal or does she use plastic? I have never ordered. Also the settings for her stones, I have seen costume jewelry that has impeccable settings for lucite stones from the 60s and 70s that look real. Can you explain her line on another thread

I agree. The clothes are turning into bland frumpy clothes for women who never want to be seen in public. Also they have no variation in the size of the models. All of them have the same body type. I have been with HSN them from the very beginning but Its pretty obvious they are saving QVC and taking HSN customer base and thinking they can force it into QVC . Its for a certain kind of consumer and petites they are getting rid of all the designers who carry petite lines I know I can trust. I am not wasting my time trying to order from some of these new designers. It was so hard finding petite clothing that fit. The models are all new because I was familiar with the fashion models and even some of the hosts sizing I had a good idea how clothes hung on different body types. and ordered accordingly. I don’t have the time to experiment with ordering.

I did not know that Iman was gone or Joy. I bought products from both. And I still have a carry on that Iman and Diane designed themselves with a matching purse in fake patent leather. I have taken it everywhere. I was hoping they would make this design again because its a classic, but I guess that is not going to happen now.
