Try posting your question in the Customer Service Forum. They usually take a little while to respond, but I’ve always gotten a response there.

Aside from just working quickly there are basically 2 things that get you extra points: You get a multiplier by making consecutive matches within a short time (they say 3 seconds, but I don’t think it’s really that long). The more consecutive matches, the higher the multiplier. The other thing that gets you additional points and another multiplier is by making consecutive matches of the same icon. If you can combine both of these methods, you get both multipliers. To be honest it got harder to get 100,000 when they put in the current version of the game. The original version gave you additional points at the end based on how much time you had left on the clock–now it’s just a flat number of points (5,000 I think). Good luck.

I do find the background somewhat distracting. My biggest issue with the updated cards is that all the Kings have the same picture (red outfit), all the queens have one picture (white outfit), but the jacks have a white outfit on the red cards and a black outfit on the black cards. The jacks are an improvement, but it would have been nice to at least have black outfits on all the black face cards and red outfits on the red face cards. I think it would have been even better if, for example, the queens all had the same picture but with the outfit in a different color depending on the suit. Maybe use red, pink, black and grey depending on the suit.

Hi @rubytuesday714 On the Arcade menu, just to the right of the Rewards Store is the link to the winners. That shows the winners in the Rewards Store and the winners on the puzzle. The winners of the $250 weekly prize are posted in a thread in this forum. This is a link to that thread.

Thank you, melitza.

They are linking to an old version of the game that is no longer part of the Arcade. I’ve notified them through the Customer Service forum. Angela said she would escalate the issue to the Arcade team.
In the meantime, I see Sheba says she’s been playing by clicking on the Tri Peak Solitaire game directly. I tried that last night and was not getting double tickets for it. Haven’t played today to see if that’s changed. -
Thank you, Angela.

That’s been happening a lot to me on this particular game. I’m not sure what the protocol is now, but it used to be you could report the time you played and your score to the Arcade Team and they had ways to check and give you your tickets. My impression is that the Arcade Team has been drastically whittled down, so I don’t know if they still do that or not. I think you can contact them through the following link. Just type “no tickets” in the search box. Then choose the “How can I get assistance with the HSN Arcade” article. There are a bunch of hoops to jump through, but at the bottom there’s a link to email them.

The way to beat the 56,000 score is to focus on consecutive matches within the groups–not just on clearing the board. I beat the 56,000 about 75% of the time and rarely clear the board. Click on the “?” at the top right of the game board and then on the “Scoring” Tab to see what composes the various groups and the points allocated to each. Consecutive matches within a group result in multipliers that boost your score.

Also, note that the timer does not start until you make your first match, so take a minute to scope out the board before you start making matches.

@lulu_1 you are automatically entered if you tie or beat the score listed on the GOTW banners. You don’t have to do anything else.

Thank you, Sheba, for all the wonderful birthday wishes. I didn’t see them on my birthday, but they have certainly brightened my day today.
