Hello, I have reached out to HSN about three times and when I called in regards to my reaching out to them, they want to tell me they still will not open up my account again. However, I’m trying to make sense of the reason for closing my account and I’ve also explained my side but all they can say is we have sent you letters about this but we will not open your account.
Leslie, I still don’t understand. I’m trying to make things right. Why can’t they make it right to me as a consumer?
