Sorry to hear that! I’ve had rough days too so I understand and NO, it is not the same on open road (with rocks in your shoes and hot sun beating down on you) as on the treadmill. I walk everyday early in the morning so I don’t have the hot sun on me but some days I do get rocks in my shoes. Lol! I don’t walk 6 miles though… that must have been tiring! I’m glad you got some sleep! I trust you got your car back and in working order? Were you wearing Iman? Just curious, why, oh WHY didn’t they give you a lift back? I hope next time they do!
