I don’t buy a lot of clothes but when I do, I don’t trust the size charts. I read the reviews and almost always take their advice. Have rarely been disappointed.

If you have yellow in your skin, you are a warm. If your skin has more pink, you are a cool.Hope that helps.

I have stopped watching as much but I’m still buying. Hopefully, I will do better.
As far as the new hosts, there are 3 that I will watch. It is their personalities. Helen used to be my favorite so that should tell you something. Of the 3 new hosts that I probably won’t watch, one talks like a little girl and that is a huge turn off for me.
Honestly, on the days I didn’t watch HSN, I didn’t miss it at all. I’ve been watching for 25 years, so it is hard to stop. Cutting back is a start.
I hope all the new hosts do well. There is somebody for everybody.

Interesting that you noticed that. I can’t answer your question but I always notice when they show handbags sometimes they don’t open it so you can see the inside. Sharif had some beautiful pieces but it seemed they were all lined in red.

I bought a skirt from Anthony for $39. Was thinking of getting another on free shipping day. The price was $49. No way, HSN.
I have gotten a few C Wonder items on sale that I liked. I guess tariffs have caused prices to go up a lot. I’ll stay with TJ Maxx and Marshall’s. It’s so exciting to find something you really like at a great price. You can try it on so no return fees.

I agree, a lot of the models are squeezed into sizes too small. Maybe they would look and feel more professional if they were wearing the correct size. Just a thought. The models have to know they don’t look their best.
Sadly, what I am seeing makes me think HSN doesn’t care enough. It’s a get by, bare minimum mentality. This is my opinion. One poster brought up that maybe long time shoppers have higher expectations. I know I do.

Yesterday morning I started watching Rebekah and Jasmine. Rebekah said ‘yep’ so much I turned the channel. HSN, train these new hosts. Jasmine stood there reading her card. I could tell it was her first time reading the information….totally unprepared. Both of these hosts were unprofessional. Even Leslie, who is my favorite, talks and talks. I thought the new hosts might help me watch more but it hasn’t. We will see next month when 3rd quarter results come out.
HSN and QVC are offering free shipping more often. I’ve received 2 coupons from QVC recently. However, when they offered free shipping,one of the products I wanted was $5 more than the normal price.

I liked Tina in the morning,too. I can only watch Siaoming for about 5 minutes because of her voice.

I have to disagree with you, Sharon. Clark is like watching a little girl. She’s not my cup of tea. If Rebekah has stopped saying “yep” all the time, she would be ok.
I still enjoy Sarah. She’s so positive and upbeat.
Guess that’s the reason they have so much variety. One of my long time favorites is Tamara.

42 years…wow! I only watch the hosts that I like if I’m interested in the product. I’m not that interested in Beekman but I could watch Heather Hall all day. She was the best host ever on Evine.
I don’t watch QVC very often.. Pat and Rick are my favorites and I rarely watch them. So the move will eventually be good for my pocketbook.
I watch the news in the morning now.😊

What post is mean spirited? I agree with the OP. If you aren’t reading the financial state of HSN on QVC, you should. HSN has been in deep trouble for at least several years.
OP, you are probably right about moving Marla, DG 2, and a few other vendors. I don’t think QVC and HSN will merge. That would spell disaster for the Q. Can HSN alone declare bankruptcy?
I do see QVC having free shipping more often. I bought several items that I would not have purchased otherwise. Way to go Q, you are catching on. It’s called marketing.

I haven’t read all the posts, but I remember Dimitri when he was on Evine. He was in his 50s and bragged about not having work done. I can only imagine the previous posts. Dimitri is unrecognizable! I don’t care how knowledgeable he is. I can’t trust someone who sells beautiful products and then has tons of work done. Whatever the comments are, Dimitri brought them on himself.
The path of the US does need to change. People need to age gracefully!

You are right. They built the perception that QVC had better merchandise. They brought in a lot of vendors from NY like Dennis Basso, Laura Geller, etc. Then they used Lisa Robertson to be an It girl. She started using the term Ladies’ Who Lunch(in NYC). I really liked Lisa when I first started watching the Q.
When she started changed, I did too. That’s when I started watching HSN more. They
seemed to cater to the average person and they had better prices. Mindy Grossman did her best to save HSN. After she left, HSN has gone downhill. It is sad for those who remember the good old days.
