I don’t mind you taking away the tickets and rewards. I understand it’s a business decision. What I’m not happy about is the spin in announcing it, trying to make it sound like it’s a good thing. I have never found one so called improvement and/or addition of games to be a good thing. I would rather you just honestly explain your business reasoning. The way you announce the changes that most will not like is insulting.

I’ve long since given up on winning anything, so I don’t really care about Friday night trivia or racking up points, etc. What I do care about is them changing the games that I like to play to make them more difficult. I could always complete Mahjong Dimensions and often get over 50k points. Now I can’t seem to score much over 40k. Same thing with Mahjong Dark Dimensions. I could often complete the game and score over 100K. Since the changes (I think about a month ago) I have not completed the game and am lucky to score 70k. Just leave the existing games alone!

Mahjongg games on HSN are crashing my computer every single time I play them now. They are all lagging pretty bad allowing us more actual time to find the matches, while less time counts down on the clock. This results in much higher game scores. The problem is the game always crashes so you don’t get any points anyway. I stopped playing games on HSN a week ago and did not have one single crash. I got on and played Mahjongg Dimensions this morning and it crashed my computer on the 3rd screen. Consider this a venting session, since no one from HSN ever monitors the issues with the games much less resolves them.

Not only is it slow now, but every time I play a mahjong on the HSN arcade, it crashes my computer. Not at the beginning, but when I’m almost finished. What’s amazing is that I can play mahjong on many other sites with no problems. I can use my computer for days, playing games, paying bills, shopping, reading the news, anything except play HSN games. EVERY TIME I play a mahjong game on the HSN arcade my computer crashes. I guess they don’t like my comments very much. 🙂

Yes, so slow it’s pointless to play. It’s almost as if they are doing everything in their power to ensure no one wants to use the site. There have been no improvements on the game site in over 5 years. I used to be on this site every day and did a lot more shopping with HSN. Now buying everything on Amazon.

I find it absolutely ridiculous they have ads on a shopping website anyway. Yes, you are in the arcade portion of the HSN website, but there is always a window open showing you HSN items for purchase.

Without the Today’s Special Value Puzzle, I won’t be playing any of your games or visiting your website. I don’t watch your show, so it looks like I won’t be ordering either. The other puzzle game you have is horrible and doesn’t provide enough tickets to make it worth playing. In fact, every time you add or replace a game, you make sure that the tickets awarded or small. I’m done.

I 2nd that. What is the fix? Without Today’s Special Jigsaw Puzzle, I have no interest in visiting the HSN website and I don’t watch it on cable TV. Surely you had a plan for this.

Same here. This happened all day yesterday and continues today. It’s no 1:02 AM EST on 11/10/2020. I still get take to the “not found” page when the puzzle is completed and not awarded points.

Yet another game ruined and not worth playing. Fewer points, cannot get near scores I used to get.

I think that’s the point. The longer you stay logged on playing the games, the longer you will see their advertisements, the more you will buy.

I’ve had this same problem with Chrome twice. The first time was when an updated release was installed and the 2nd time, was when I cleared cleared my browser and cookies, etc. I have Chrome Version 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (64-bit). To fix I did the following:
1. Top right I clicked the 3 vertical dots. From the drop down I selected “Settings”.
2. From the Setting page I scrolled to the bottom and clicked on “Advanced”.
3. After selecting Advanced, more options were added to the list so I scrolled down and selected “Site Settings”.
4. From the “Site Settings” screen, I scrolled down and clicked on the “Flash” setting.
5. In the “Flash” setting I turned on the “ask first” option.Once I had the “ask first” option on, when I clicked the little lock icon which is right in front of the URL, the option to set flash to “allow” reappeared.

Thank you for responding. I was thinking the same thing, but then I tried games I play on another platform, and I had no difficulty with them. I’m not sure of the motivation, but I do agree, they don’t give a $&*# about customer experience in the arcade.
