Add me to the group that can no longer log on to the app.
I have a brand new Samsung phone so the cache or cookies are not the issue.
I removed the app and reinstalled it (after rebooting the phone)
I clicked on the forgot password 3 times and still have not received the reset password email from HSN.
I know my email and password are correct since I can log on via my laptop.This app obviously has an issue that needs to be addressed especially since you sometimes send deals that ‘app only’ (and I am mildly curious as to why are you still using captcha – I work in IT and it is rarely used anymore). Candidly this is an HSN app issue not a user issue… but if it doesn’t get fixed it will save me some money since I will shop less 🙂
