its not just the money, its they didnt tell people and its wrong to charge per item and the box s/h as well. I feel betrayed and the guy in cs had the worst shake in his voice he could barely talk when trying to explain these new proceedures. oh well, im too old to be so and get caught with my guard down. regards

thats right. they tell on the show to trust them and theres no problems or worries to buy this way and if you dont like it, send it back no need 2 worry and we will return 100% of the purchase price. As it turns out that doesnt include s/h and guess what else, theres addl money they charge you on the tax! omg hsn is making me so sad and anybody who says its ok, its not. if they told you it would give you the choice but when they sneak it in and tell you oh we sent out letters in the mail then it feels like being ripped off. I didnt get a letter in the mail. I feel bad for the vendors like Jay King cuz i love him and his product. guess if I ever return his stuff i will pay for s/h myself and that should help or if its on free shipping they cant charge it back. keep that in mind if you still want to buy from hsn. im not sure anymore because i feel betrayed after being a cust for so many years and thousands of dollars and I mean THOUSANDS of dollars ive constributed to support the people and the co. I thought they were good but in this day and age it doesnt seem to matter anymore. sorry for singing the blues if you cry you lose.

NO they did not always charge for each return item, only the box .
