yeah I just found this out when going over return items to make sure they were received. I was so angery to find out they werecharging shipping on every item in the box plus the box itself so that seems to me VERY WRONG AND STATED NOWHERE. I smell qvc this is what they do.

oh my god, why does Helen or any of the show hosts have to say thier size? she is not a model who does say size and thats fine for them. One person says if she is lying then how can you believe anything she says. ARE YOU SERIOUS1 well im surprised at you for digging into her and for the record ive heard her mention her size as med for as long as ive watched her and it doesnt matter. Im small and can wear anywhere from a size 4 to a size 6 or xs to med depending on brand and mood. please stop being so critical and judgemental.

its not just the money, its they didnt tell people and its wrong to charge per item and the box s/h as well. I feel betrayed and the guy in cs had the worst shake in his voice he could barely talk when trying to explain these new proceedures. oh well, im too old to be so and get caught with my guard down. regards

thats right. they tell on the show to trust them and theres no problems or worries to buy this way and if you dont like it, send it back no need 2 worry and we will return 100% of the purchase price. As it turns out that doesnt include s/h and guess what else, theres addl money they charge you on the tax! omg hsn is making me so sad and anybody who says its ok, its not. if they told you it would give you the choice but when they sneak it in and tell you oh we sent out letters in the mail then it feels like being ripped off. I didnt get a letter in the mail. I feel bad for the vendors like Jay King cuz i love him and his product. guess if I ever return his stuff i will pay for s/h myself and that should help or if its on free shipping they cant charge it back. keep that in mind if you still want to buy from hsn. im not sure anymore because i feel betrayed after being a cust for so many years and thousands of dollars and I mean THOUSANDS of dollars ive constributed to support the people and the co.
