Thank you, Stacey. I spend a lot of money with HSN and truly enjoy shopping using your platform. I look forward to the potential advances your move to PA may provide.
I would like to take this opportunity to comment on 2 themes rampant in the replies to your post.
First, the FL models had a following similar to the hosts. As an older plus size purchaser, I always made my selections based on how items looked on Kenya. The few models I have seen so far in PA have represented only one demographic & if you don’t invest in the same quality of models you had in FL, you will lose me as a shopper.
Also, I know your hosts’ job is to sell, but insincere constant chatter is an immediate turn off, especially when they railroad guests – it is hard to watch. I immediately turn off Emily Lampa with her constant “my friends”. Please have hosts like Callie work with your newer hosts, as she can sell without being a mindless, insincere motormouth.
Appreciate your consideration of my concerns & continued best wishes with the transition.

Amy’s face looks so pulled even her eyes …..

I agree 100%. Callie is my absolute favorite.
Watching Amy gives me such anxiety – she talks so fast & so frenetically – it’s like she is on speed- awful
-
I cannot watch her, – she gives me anxiety between her fast, frantic talking & her bugged out eyes…..I used to think she was stunning – now, she just seems frantic and trying waaayyyyy too hard. I have to shut her off the second I see her.

No one is trying to get anyone fired – simply trying to have their sales presentations improved so we can continue to enjoy programming – otherwise, HSN is going to lose loyal viewers and the revenue that will go with it……..just because you feel there is no issue, there are plenty of others who strongly disagree

I have to agree. Tina did well on TV the morning program where she jumped from product to product, but watching her try to sell jewelry or with Nina Leonard for a full hour was painful to watch – she really seems to be struggling adapting to the new studio. Again, many hosts need to be sat down & told to study how Callie or Bobby sell – truth is, they have genuine conversation, genuine connection & interact with their guests instead of making it all about themselves & trying so incredibly hard is is forced & phoney. They also need to stop looking at themselves in the monitor. Saw a comment on Suoming who started with Emily – I actually feel she is doing a much better job, as she is informative without being over the top & phoney. The newest host I actually liked was Natasha – the !east frenetic of all the newbies – would take her any day over Emily, but sadly, she didn’t make the move.

Good for you!!! Clearly, you have no issues with dramatic selling, talking over guests, etc…..fantastic. However, many others do, as exemplified by several posts on these boards & on social media – not everyone enjoys constant, phoney repetitive phrases & have the right to raise a concern, especially when HSN & even Emily herself has asked for feedback to improve.

Appreciate your response & as a long time HSN shopper who spends a ridiculous amount on your products, I truly hope you listen to all customer feedback. Given Emily repeated “my friends” at least a half dozen times in her first 5 min back on air this morning, it doesn’t appear she received any feedback or at least listened to it…….she also carried on over the HP rep when he had all the valuable info & knowledge, yet she carried on & on when I wanted to hear from the expert. Please have your new hosts study how the true professionals like Bobbie or Callie conduct themselves – honestly, if she or your other hosts continue who do the insincere hard sell on speed, you will lose your audience and the move to PA will be for naught. Thank you.

I agree 1000%. The only host left that I enjoy is Callie. Emily is awful – if I hear “my friends” one more time, I am going to throw something at my tv…….she is the worst of the new ones that were hired. Truthfully, I find most of the hosts who moved to PA my least favorite to watch. Emily is an instant turn off – she’s gonna save me a lot of money
