Gosh, Sheba, that is a lot for you to go through, especially
in this pandemic. My best thoughts and prayers for you, and
I hope you continue to get better–we love your posts on HSN! 🙂

Thanks for copying the petition link, too. Don’t know if I
can accomplish anything with this, but I need to try. Got
almost 450 signatures, so far…I’m sure I need a lot more
to get attention, but I’ll keep trying.

P.S. My aunt had breast cancer, and in her support group, a
bunch of the ladies found they all had thyroid trouble,
as well–more of them low-thyroid, I think. They wondered
about a link between the two conditions. If no one ever
tests you for thyroid, maybe get someone to. Good blood tests
to run are Free T4, Free T3, TSH, and blood tests for
thyroid antibodies–which aren’t run often enough, but can
show something’s wrong sometimes, when the other tests come
out “normal.” We wondered if maybe the thyroid gets good
treatment, if needed, maybe the breast cancer wouldn’t return
(thyroid affects how every cell functions & carries on metabolism.)

Just some thoughts. Wanted to share in case it might help you! 🙂

Hi Sheba….It’s great to see you, and good to be back. I’m doing better,
but not where I’d like to be, healthwise.

I have thyroid trouble that doesn’t do well with the drugs we have, and
that affects a lot of things. Some other thyroid patients have trouble with
this, too, and I got so mad I started a petition to get us some better help.
