I’m stunned at what I have read here.
I never had a problem receiving my winnings.
E-mail came in and I replied promptly.
Did you try commenting in the Customer Service thread?
This sounds very shady!!!

I’m guilty,I have won more than once, just not on the same day.
Never had a problem claiming the prize, ever.
Go to the customer service forum and I’m sure they will help you out.
Let them know you won and you never received your prize .
Don’t believe they’re scammers for a second.
Some ppl are just very lucky!!!
