June 19th: Just received HSN email: RETURN CONFIRMATION

well, hi. i thought we were good. i got the works-fine replacement weeks ago and using the provided label and packing slip and package i returned the defective one to HSN as instructed weeks ago…the UPS tracking number (avail if u need again) shows Piney Flats TN recvd on June 8 2022 by accepted by R.MANESS…. so now I am confused. on June 17 a day ago i get a new email from HSN dated june 17 saying they are sending a replacement please return the old one and request a return label as needed etc etc…
so i am very confused and a bit annoyed can u please help again? thank you Jay

…and the NEW angel arrived! Right out of the box put the battery in and switched it ON and lit right up, so pretty! Used the box (and label received) to send the non-working one back.

i checked the exhart site. we left in sun 2 days as they suggest and also made sure the switch is in ON position. we see no tab to remove nor do they say there is one. Still wont light up at all. thank you.

yeah my son says no tab, u have to insert AA rechargeable battery. i think he tested and was juiced but still no light. he let solar charge try too but no lights at all go on. thanks for suggestion.
