Yes, I too recently had this happen with the Sun Joe Trimmer. It does not do like described and was so loud it breaks the sound barrier. I thought I lost the label, so went to print it out and the only option was for me to send it back on my own. They wanted $48 to send it back which was insane. I didn’t bother calling HSN to complain because I have enough upsetting things to deal with. I just kept the trimmer and won’t be buying anything unless it is small or I know for sure I will keep it. If it is heavy or over-sized, no more for me.

I didn’t think they would stop hassle-free return pre-paid labels for clothes and shoes. I guess I’ll have to pass on any shoes that I don’t know the brand and how they fit me. Same with clothing. I’ll be less likely to try something I am not sure about with a new designer.
