Thanks for your reply. Have done what you suggested but don’t think they will reply just because HSN is no longer running the Arcade. This new owner could give a 💩 about us players. Use to email HSN and they would reply but no emails contact now. Arcade has gone straight to H*LL in my 👀

Finally people are beginning to understand my opinion about these issues. Ever since Qurate took over the HSN, this arcade had gone👎 in all areas. They could give a rat’s behind about us only their bottom line profits. All the negative remarks I received on my opinion about this now looks like maybe wasn’t that far off the mark. If people would stand up for what is morally correct and businesses take their responsibilities to the correct level maybe issues would stop or slow down. Bottom line is Qurate need to listen to the Arcade issues BY THE PEOPLE who play these games🤔

Been getting worse and worse since HSN was sold to the QURATE GROUP for 2+ billion $$. They don’t give a 💩 except their bottom line. Everything has gone to the 👹👹

24 hrs plus. HSN doesn’t GA💩 about it. This Qurate Group ownership who bought HSN is 👎 and it shows by the lack of communication with this HSN COMMUNITY. This is a waste of time because all it is is a vent program for complaining about 💩
