Doe the new HSN ARCADE realize us players support them in all areas🤔 Been 24 hrs since I posted this issue and what has changed, NOTHING😱 We are all suffering with this and if we stand together maybe something might change but DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH. Hi gingerbread13, thanks for the support. I had contacted thru community the moderators’ support group and explained. Gave her info and said will contact me once arcade reviews. Today 2nd day. Who knows when a reply will appear🤔. In the meantime will have to hurry up and wait😱🤣😀 Have a great rest of your day.

Thank you for the update. Wonder why iPads work fine compared to laptops, desktops and phones.🤔 My phone works semi but get black screen no tickets, then tickets then have to restart all over again. And you wonder why people get 🤔 Have a good rest of your day. -
Hi AFKERNEL, Don’t expect this IT group to solve the issues at hand that quick. Ever since HSN was bought by the QURATE GROUP in 2017, arcade has gone straight 👎👎, more issues, can’t communicate thru email anymore and issue after issue without fixing. Most issues seem to take a week and don’t know why. Guess the QURATE GROUP’S IT TEAM needs to take classes to sharpen their 🧠 🤔

Hi Toberkins, Don’t hold your breath😱 It took them almost 1 week to get our nicknames and showing our ticket amounts back on screen. Been 15+ hours now since I posted this issue, so it will be sometime in the foreseen future 🤔 Have a good day.

Looks like another day of nothing getting corrected but this is the new HSN ran by the QURATE GROUP. Funny how arcade was soooo good but now sooooooo bad. Your guess is as good as mine on when it is resolved. They seem not to care. Have a good day -
Thanks Xango. Been 6+ hours since this was posted and still same issues. Get black screen circle loading or white screen square loading. Have tried variety of games but nothing. You would think Arcade would communicate through this Community on this but🤔 Enjoy your morning.

Hi fem, thanks for your response. I did find out if you played GAME OF THE WEEK it would play but when finished and continue you would get BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS or receive tickets but would just spin and be stuck. I recently played a lot so maybe they fixed but who knows. Have a good night👍

Just wanted to be sure it wasn’t just me. I live in Jacksonville and the wind has blown hard for 2 days and cold. I have had no issues with anything except HSN APP. They never communicate with anybody.

I understand the pandemic and the strain it has put on businesses. My wife just ordered something and it was here in 8 days which isn’t to bad. Our local delivery has really been up & down. Use to set a clock daily and mail would be hear but todays arrived close to dark.You all have a good night
