Hi debhlynn7, I am truly sorry for your issues at hand. Technology is something that I too do not understand all the time and I have to ask my sons, their wives and my daughter about it. I take it in the best I can but I surely don’t let it bother me. The LORD has blessed me 10 fold just being here. At 24 I had a major stroke leaving my right side from head to toe numb, no feeling, nothing, took 1 yr to learn how to walk again, how to use my left hand to do everything, drive a vehicle left footed, drive left handed and my 40 yr anniversary of my stroke is this July 12, had cancer at 34 but the LORD continues to bless me.
Enjoy each day you are given to the fullest because we are not promised tomorrow. I believe He has a reason I am still here and this goes to you as well. Bless you and your family and the LORD watch over each of you in life’s journey. Take care of yourself and family, stay strong and let the LORD guide you in all you do. Hi addynelly, yes issues and NO idea when it will be corrected. At this rate, I am guessing a week. This new HSN Arcade IT group have no clue in my eyes. So sad that the old HSN is gone and all these issues pop up everyday. Enjoy the rest of your night.😊

Hi pinkowl1623, yes tonight will start the 3rd day. Contacted the Community help 🤔 but have not heard back and probably won’t either. The days of the old Arcade are gone. The new owners don’t care as it shows. Guess we sit and wait it out but not in arcade. Just check back later. Not wasting my time sitting doing nothing. Have a good night😊

Hi Xango, thanks for your comments. It beats me why🤔 I can’t believe it takes these IT 🧠s this long to figure it out especially in their own field or could it be others doing their work😱 Entirely too long but that is the new HSN ARCADE now, solo nice🤮🤮

Hi mamafox2, thanks for your concern. I contacted Community help 2 days ago and waiting on a response which by their response time could or could not receive a reply. Arcade really gone 👎 since the buyout. It seems they don’t care 1 way or the other but their bottom line only. Heck with Arcade players.

Hi Ariel626, thanks for your insight. This is becoming awful now 2 days and no improvement yet. Still waiting on reply from moderator who said she would look into this 2 days ago but 🤔 My thought on this is a waste of our time because the new HSN owners could care less about us players. The truth does hurt but that is how I see it. Arcade has continued to have more issues, longer fix times, less communication and overall failing.

Hi honeybun13, thanks for your response. My phone is same way, does and doesn’t work, give tickets and doesn’t and most doesn’t work. Hopefully we can get back to enjoying out games. Enjoy your night🙂

Hey diablo1, appreciate your comment. I tested multiple games and were the same as of last night and today. EGGZ Blast would play once in awhile give and not give tickets but overall all games just sit and spin. Hopefully it gets back to normal but keep breathing🤣😀 Have a good night🙂
